We were approached by a customer who wanted a customised faceplate for his melodeon. As can be seen from the before and after photos the old face plate was looking a little tired!

From the customer's sketches we were able to draught the completed design of a prancing unicorn with air cut-outs around it to allow the sound to pass through.

With the CAD complete we were able to program the CNC mill to remove the material to show the unicorn in contrast. We machined this in Naval brass, polished it and finished it with a piece of black netting to best contrast the design, looks good!
